Hi all, I printed the common-law declaration form IMM5409 in black and white and brought it to the notary. Do I have to print it in color? The only color on the form is the Canada flag at the top and the bottom. Even the notary stamp is black and white too. Thank you!

Are your parents’ Canadian too? So I guess IRCC is asking for every Canadian family’s document. My dad is not Canadian and he has no passport I hope IRCC will not ask for his document. (I haven’t proceed to the next step, so I don’t know what documents IRCC really needs yet)
