TRV Denial can only delay (sometimes, but did not happen in my case) your wife’s PR processing. TRV denial does not mean PR would be denied. I would suggest trying again. Good luck

I got a TRV for wife. She is with me in Canada now and her inland PR VISA is being processed.

Hi Canuck78, Just need clarification on this point . Isn't the kid covered under OHIP just after birth ? Myself and my husband are going to stay in Canada forever. Also, my PR VISA is in process. My husband is a PR since 2017 and a tax payer in Canada.

Yes. I got to know about birth centers aswell. My first preference would be to have the delivery in a hospital labor room. Thanks for your input.

I would definitely not opt for home birth, would rather request for a hospital labour room

Yes scylla, thankfully Community midwives toronto has given us an appointment on Monday and the good part is they are associated with the same hospital in which I was about to pay cash for the delivery expense. Fingers crossed. Hope everything goes fine.
