if what you mean by main verification is that you've cleared - proof of funds, work experience, etc checks - then I'd say yes. Hopefully you've got no concerns with security or have any past crimes that may cause you to be inadmissible. Hang in there Bud :) Best of Luck!!!

Be aware that one of the conditions for getting FSW is that you plan to stay outside the province on Quebec. Now I'm not sure if this will come back to bite when you want to apply for citizenship or renew PR status. Just something to take note of :)

My sister is in a similar situation. Her AOR is March 2021 (CEC Inland) and based on the GCMS notes, her application was approved in April 2021. She still has not got PPR / Portal Confirmation.

I haven't got COPR yet but I got another request letter in my CIC portal for my outland dependents for their international passports (nigeria). The request letter states that i should only send my outland dependent's passport 60 days after i've got my confirmation of PR.
