I completed my studies and college give me official drop after second semester. It was mandatory drop. Now, I am applying for pgwp should I have to upload drop letter with transcript or just upload graduation letter and transcript without drop letter. PLease help me...

No email for review and approval, but we got an email next day after approval

You will get hard copy in 7-10 days. After getting hard copy of your permit, you can apply for TRV and once your TRV is approved then you have to send your passport to IRCC. It will takes around 2-3 weeks after applying for TRV

Nobody needs to provide biometrics unless CIC asked for it after submitting PGWP application. You just need to pay 255 dollar for your application. If CIC requires your biometrics, you will get message in your CIC account. Which tool you used?

You don't need to give biometrics. You must upload completion letter and transcript with your PGWP application.
