    If he’s included in your PR application it’s a must. Later he can claim his residence in Canada but turns out there is a sickness.. they won’t approve you without it. Your best bet is to consult immigration lawyer.

    Application received 07-April and still no AOR… you have a long wait mate. Stay patient. This is going to take years.
