Thank you for your suggestion. I think that's why they added the 'Waive Physical Presence' note to my file. Will I be able to withdraw or submit a new application in June 2026 if they haven't made a decision on my file by then?

I called IRCC, they said additional review does not comes under non routine. Non routine applications are different with some criminality or any tracings.
