Atleast he can raise a web form. Mostly IRCC reply the web form if your application takes more time than the given processing times. There is no loss in raising a web form I think

Eligibility and background remain in progress on gc key. It was in progress on tracker as well but got completed last week on tracker

My eligibility and background was in progress since 11 March and I got my PPR last week.. Hopefully you will get yours by this weekend or next week probably

You don't need to worry, they are clearing the backlogs I think. I was also in same situation and got ppr this Thursday, so please stay positive and patient
