    He was able to come home in his 5th year and when he got back to Canada unable to come home in another 5 years

    ok thank you, will definitely reapply, we did our first H&C application w/help of his friends we did not ask for consultant. we'll probably look for a consultant

    in the email said, that all the factors were reconsidered but the officer said is not sufficient that's why it got refused. is their a way we could reapply? :(
