hi All, My test period according to the tracker ends on the 14th, and still, I didn't get the invite! i have the test link from other posts but I see also that some say don't do it till u get the mail. some says they might ask for extra docs, some says they asked them to retake it ,..etc...

i read in the forum that some of who took the exam before the invitation were asked to Retake the exam even if they passed.

I tried, but I get the same msg "u can't take the exam now"

did they request to take a pic of additional documents? that what worries me. some says its better to wait for the letter as they might ask you to present documents other than ur ID

my background check (after asking for finger prints) was completed on Jun 16, 2021 Any idea where can I send that web form??? i check my spam folder 235 times a day :)

I sent a mail to the online test support and got a funny reply that didn't help at all. Tried to call the call center, but seems that its now only for priorities (Afghany, change address, cancel applications...) I tired to take the test but still "You can't take the test" yet. will wait a...

I did send to this mail; their reply I that the system can take up to 5 days to transfer the test link, replied back that I didn't even get the test invite,then nothing back from them............................................................ more time wasted

just called the CIC call center, apparently, it's now only for priority cases such as Afghanistan, changing address, new kid, application withdrawal ..etc. other than this we have to go through the site and try to find an answer or maybe fill a form

the funny thing is that it said that I'm not allowed to take it yet! while tried my wife's account, she was signed in!!!

I guess i have to call them, I was not allowed to sign in anyways! any idea which number to call?
