Got the portal email on 13th July 2022 Aor MAY 11 2021 Cec Inland with 1 dependent Got my gcms notes 2 days ago Review was required on stat questions Me and my dependent has previous refusals from Canada So it took them 14 months to review those

Hi Everyone, My file was also flagged as review required, it was in processing for 14 months, no ADR or remeds. File got approved after 14 months.

I am not sure about why immigration is not giving you information You can always call them doesn’t matter if your agent did the application or you did it

I am traumatized by the wait time after PR application and seriously I am not in mood of applying for GCMS notes and then wait for them. I just hope this cruel wait will end soon and we all will get through this time

Honestly, the time Montreal has taken for review required files should be questioned. I don’t know how IRCC measure the case processing officer’s performance. I think there are no KPI’s for them. They are just sleeping since November

Montreal is very slow and way behind other VOs Even they are taking months to look at the request made by IRCC agents.

AOR May 11 th 2021, As per the IRCC agent the last update on file was on 28th November 2021, when the file was transferred to Montreal office. However the IRCC ag requested the officer last month to work on my file but nothing has been done so far Medical and security passed, eligibility review...
