Only thing that works with IRCC is Writ of Mandamus. Nothing else works. Rest is waste of time and nerves which I dont have anymore. Media and hunger strike is another option but even that wont work :)

If after positive JR or settlement officer can refuse application whats the point of having Judicial branch? Whats the point of having immigration judges? it means officers are above the law. Thats a broken justice system.

yes but JR review and settlement offer would be similar process for all types of applications. If settlement offer issued it means you have a strong case, IRCC reviewed your claim and gave you the settlement offer. If you can add additional docs to strengthen already strong case. why would...

T try typing “How to extended work permit in Canada step by step” in youtube. There are videos step by step that guide you.

you have to register for gckey login, once logged in select what you are trying to do… work, visit, etc… and answer questions.. it will take you directly to the form and all required docs.

Oh I just reviewed GCMS notes again and noticed that info sharing is in process dont know what that means. It also says complete and needs review. Below that it says matched redords (0). Anyone has any idea?
