They usually say once they start processing your application, you're not likely to get the refund. But since they've withdrawn the application, I'm not sure what applies here.

I called IRCC client support to ask and the agent let me know.

You can call the IRCC Client Support center and ask where your virtual landing office is and they would be able to tell you. Also, you can raise a webform to contact IRCC, but to the best of knowledge, the only number to call is the client support office and those agents don't really have power...

I think, if the FD doesn't come before the expiry, then you might be required to redo it. I've seen someone say they had to redo medicals on a thread here. If the FD comes before then, then they work hard to accelerate the process so you get your documents before then. What stage are you at...
