Hi, I have the same situation like you but I was refused. May I ask you if your PR eligibility was passed when you got the BOWP? I was told that as non ee applicants, we need to be "approved in principle", which means PR eligibility passed, in order to get BOWP. Thanks for your time.

Hi @Miss bee, sorry for bother you again. I want to confirm if I can still apply for BOWP if my PGWP was expired when I received AOR through Non-Express Entry BCPNP International Graduate Stream. Or close work permit is the only option?
