This is actually happened to us. My husband requested the notes in August 2022. We received PPR in November 2022. I came to Canada in January 2023. And....we finally received the notes in March 2023. So yeah, my PR application had already decided before we received the notes

Just share my experience, whenever I received an email from IRCC, the email was from donotreply@cic.gc.ca That one is legit

Your VO is Singapore office, correct? Just speak from experience, I received PPR the next day after pre-arrival. Hopefully yours will come very soon, fingers crossed

From the day we submitted our application to PPR was approximately around 340 days. Check out my timeline on the signature.

Yes, I received my passport back on Dec 7, 2022. It takes around 10-14 days to get your passport back after submission.

Congratulations to you and family. VFS emailed me yesterday that my passport is ready for collection. As my flight will be in January 2023, so I'm not in a rush. I'll go to VFS office tomorrow to get it.

I got ghost updates everyday since Nov 22 until today. The real update was I received email from IRCC yesterday confirming they received my passport & other supported documents. Did you get this email as well?

I received PPR a week ago and submitted my passport the next day. Even then, I'm still getting ghost updates until today. Perhaps it's sort of system updates on their server or something? That's why we all getting these updates regardless stages we are at. Well, ghost update is a mystery...
