I have the same problem of only given name . So To update the name in the PR card you need to update passport first right ?

I am just saying , that i know 3-4 people that have got multiple ADR's, and more over. It just depeneds on the File and the Visa Officer. Yes if they have any descripency they cna ask for PoF , but 3-4 applicants i am in touch with got ADR for Proof of Income. (PoI) So may be u dont get any...
