2023 PR Applications Timeline (Protected Persons & Refugees)
He is asked to get PCC from India. I read it that protected person is exempted from PCC. I just want to make sure if his refugee claim is abandoned still I can provide explanation letter only, right ?- Kamal166

2023 PR Applications Timeline (Protected Persons & Refugees)
I submitted application for spousal sponsorship. PA is abandoned refugee claimant and IRCC is asking for PCC from his country. He does not have a passport as its with CBSA. Please advise on this. Your help will be appreciated.- Kamal166
