I just received an email from CIC containing instructions to download an electronic Canadian Citizenship Certificate. The strange thing is that they never asked me whether I would like to receive an e-certificate or not. The status of my oath has not started yet, and they have not provided any...

I believe you are safer if you apply in Paper. Paper applications generally move faster than online ones.

I got a ghost update today.

No update for me today. My last update was yesterday which was for LPP. It seems that something actually happened :)
