I recieved my ppr from IRCC on 17th Feb. I submitted a passport request using the newly launched VFS webform. Till date I haven’t recieved a payment link. Their numbers are invalid , they are not replying to emails. What should I do ?

Also my application is being processed in Delhi (because that’s where the generic webform replies come from) so I can’t call IRCC in Canada as I read they only have information about applications being processed in Canada.

Guys the processing time changed to 23 weeks. If we haven’t recieved our decisions we can ask for REAL and not generic information through the webform as it’s been 23 weeks since July
