I'm not sure what you're asking, but I was editing my answer. The NOC we mentioned (42201) is social and community service worker which includes different positions not just PSW (actually, I'm not sure if PSW is part of this NOC as 42201 may require a degree)

Congratulations! Have you asked your manager or HR if they can support you filling out the forms? If they can, you should be able to apply for the health authority stream. Can I ask you how long did it take you to get hired (from applying to being called for an interview and getting the job)
