After our last travel to the states, we were asked to provide additional documents at the end of 2019 and that was the one last time IRCC contacted us.

I don't know about the timeline and I don't think customer service can help as they always said the same thing.

Just a quick update on my AOR 2018 November application: I just received an email from IRCC saying that I am no longer required to complete an additional Immigration Medical Exam (IME). I guess they just extended my Medical.

Thanks for your reply. Our criminality check is valid for 1 year as shown on all notes. As for the security screening, it was never Started.
