You sent your webforms to CPC Ottawa right? I called them last week and they said webforms need around 2-3 weeks to be processed

My understanding of "bearing an original signature" is that you have to print it, physically sign the application (not e-signature), scan it and submit it.

Hi @legalfalcon I have been issued a work visa. How long earlier than my job start date can I enter Canada? i.e. Can I enter Canada 4 weeks before my start date? Or I may face issues at the border?

How long did your work permit take to be issued? And you applied to your work permit from Paris VO? For the change of address, send them a webform with the new address and they should get back to you in around 7-10 days.

Hi @legalfalcon Can I apply for a work visa, then change country of residence? i.e. Can I submit my visa while living in country A, then move to country B and receive my visa from the VAC in country B? Countries A and B have different visa offices Thanks!

@legalfalcon can I submit a new visa application if my language test is expiring in 40days? Is the score’s validity only important the day I submit or for a few months later as well?

Congratulations! How much time do you have to submit your passport? Only 30 days? Or are they giving you more time?

I did back in march although no decision has been taken on my file (that I know of..)

Did you also apply for a BOWP? Maybe the survey is for BOWP, and delay for PR?
