You mean the last two entries in the 2nd photo? Have you tried putting the entry with the oldest "From" date at the bottom? If that doesn't work, then explaining with a separate sheet is not a bad idea.

For us, our application was sent to NYVO around March 11, 2021, changed to 'App Received' on March 16 and 'In process' on April 9. Nothing since then. Hoping something comes in at the one month mark, but really, we have no good idea how NY processes.

Yes, we sent in a webform. They got back to us in around 3 business days.

In gckey, current status changed to Application/Profile Updated from the usual submitted but when you click on View full status no new information is present.

We received the SA with no VO on Feb 19, 2021. I called the IRCC sometime around March 8, 2021 and they verified our file was moving to the NYVO (so no correspondence/notification about the transfer). We got "Application Received" in ECAS on March 16, 2021.
