    Super Visa 2022

So, our household income is above the LICO requirement even without her income. Even though she is the sponsor, wouldn’t my tax return and pay stubs suffice? What about in cases where one of the spouses does not work and relies on the other spouse’s earning? Aren’t they able to sponsor their...

Does the effect the strength of the application at all? My wife is self employed. We have filed for...

Canada to Indianapolis - Sharing important concern

Travelling out of Canada after applying for CEC(Inland)

Travelling out of Canada after applying for CEC(Inland)

They won’t create the portal for credentials for you unless you are in Canada. Before creating the credentials, they ask you to send some basic info through email. One of the questions you have to answer through email is if you are in Canada. Your TRV is only cancelled once you receive your...

Travelling out of Canada after applying for CEC(Inland)

They won’t issue you a ECOPR unless you are within Canada. They make you sign a declaration attesting to that fact.

    CRS 481 ITA Prediction!

You can make an estimate from the amount of people that are above that score in the pool currently and the number of people IRCC is inviting every two weeks. You are looking at a minimum of 4-5 months.

Can a PhD student apply for permanent residency while studying (before graduation)?

I think you are thinking about a stream which was available almost 10 years ago. It used to allow PHD students to apply for PR after completing two years of study in Canada. Unfortunately, that stream has been discontinued.

Providing COPR to equifax and transunion

I am going to be sending my updated SIN and address to equifax and Transunion. I was wondering if I should send my COPR to them as well. For one, is it safe? Also, is it worth it? Will providing them with my COPR effect my credit profile or score at all? Anyone have experience with this or have...
