If it is post secondary education, you are making the same mistake I did. If it is a PG Diploma, then your chances are better...

Not an expert here, but what makes the most sense is to send them a letter of explanation with the explanation of why you changed schools, and the proof of tuition paid for the new school.

But won't lower ranked universities hurt my chances? I do have a pending study permit application, but I applied for a college diploma because I love the course, but if I get rejected for that, I do not want to risk my second attempt.
