Yeah October. I also opted for sms service but, I have not recieved any update over text so far. What does it say when you track your application on VFS website. Mine says- it is being processed at Canada Visa office in Delhi. For more details contact VAC. Is it the same for you?

I have filled in CSE webform 4 times during my application. Inhave got response in more or less 10 days except the first time where it took almost a month.

I had a Chinese visa rejection which I did not disclose as it was due to incomplete documents. But, you should check as your’s is Canadian visa rejection. Also your reason for rejection will decide how important it is for you to disclose (as per what my consultant told me).
