Can someone know if it's real, that employers don't want to pick people straight from the Philippines? I mean they can give job offer for a successful job application for a Filipino but not direct from Philippines? They want them from other countries? Thank You!

How to have an employer in jobbank? There's no response to all my application via email. I almost emailed them all.
