My eCoPR came from Etobicoke, but Portal 1 and Portal 2 came from Montreal. However, I live in Toronto, so may be this is why they sent it to Etobicoke.

Hi, non-ee applications take around 20 month to process. So, you have been waiting around 18 month ... I would say wait more two month and if it's nothing change, ask your local MP to help

It took for me 5 months till I got AOR. It doesn't mean anything, you application still will take about 12-16 month to be proceeded. Even for people who got they AOR after 1 month, they gonna be stuck after MP or in a security check
