Hi! My passports were delivered to CPC Ottawa on Oct 5 and update yet. I'm Outland from USA. Did the officer who spoke to mention anything about holding the passports until they approve or returning the passports for now?

Same! I am in the US on H1B. Passport is the only legal ID for me and my family. I'm feeling dejected as IRCC is not confirming the receipt of passports.

I have a thought : If I recall passports mentioning an urgency, how can I re-submit the passports a few days later? Did the agent hint at that process. I believe that will be another painful process to attract the attention of IRCC mentioning I'm ready to submit passports and travel to Canada...

@YeYe_0000 No change/update on my application on the portal. Looking at the trend the COPR process appears to be random so you might get it before me and my timeline would help to plan for worst case scenario.

I feel you! I'm now stepping into the 6th week waiting for the update after its been delivered to CPC Ottawa. I already convinced myself to keep calm and wait as there is nothing I could do apart from raising a webform and email every week.

@Kiara02 CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca is the email address for Ottawa. My passport has been with them for 5th week in a row and I have raised 5 emails and webforms. I got none of the emails answered and generic response to the webform.

I raised 4 webforms and emails .. no useful response yet! There is nothing I could do apart from raising webforms and emails so I'm trying to hang in there :)

I sent on sept 26 and it got delivered on oct 5.. gosh I didn’t know fedex ground would be so terribly slow. I don’t really have any update on my profile yet neither do I have a receipt of confirmation from IRCC.
