You need to link your PR Card application to GCKey to track PR Card application process. Even without it your application will be processed. If you don't want to link then you can see my time line. Yours ecopr was before me so probably you might get PR Card around Last week of January.

Received no mail but when i checked my GcKey just now found this Final decision - January 20, 2025:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. I think that means either Photo's are approved or they in process of validating it.

It will remain same. I already got ecopr. And tracker is closed. But eligibility showing not started.

Its very random right now. Some people get PR Card mailed within 5 days of eCoPr, while some are waiting since 2 weeks with no update at all. For me its just showing submitted. No update and No messages.
