U can change dates of same insurance. Just move dates ahead by requesting insurance provider

Hello everyone applied supervisa on sept 4,2024 from India no updates yet other than biometrics updated as parent already had visitor visa. Did anyone from India have any success of getting supervisa who applied in sept ?
