Hi I applied at 9:26 Vancouver time under the IG stream. I have not received an AOR yet or am able to link the application. I tried to contact IRCC but the virtual assistant started asking for the application number before letting me speak to an agent. What should I do?

Hi I am currently planning to apply under the essential worker stream. I called a Panel physician to book for the medical exam and they informed me I do not need a medical exam since I already had a medical exam in 2017. Do I need a medical exam?
