    When entering birth place, enter the same as it it appears on passport Eg- ludhiana, punjab Number of dependents should be 2

    around 4 months even I had strong reasons to stay there but they said you can not leave the country

    Just an FYI, UCI number for sponser is same as he/she (sponser) have on his/her landing papers or on any other immigration papers. It remains same throughout the life.
