I might be wrong, but as far as my understanding is, in super visa it’s your financial condition thats more important; and in visitor visa it’s your parents financial condition. However, they still have to show some kind of reason that they will return back to their country in both types of visas

I think Canada immigration is not taking too long these days, its just Delhi IRCC that’s taking forever to stamp the passport. My MIL’s visa came back approved within 15 days but her passport has been at IRCC since January 27
