hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has experience with hiring a lawyer, I took my test beginning of March and still in process because of bg check. please share your experience and if you know a good lawyer plz dm me.

Contacted CIC to follow with my case today, since it's been 15m and I got the same answer that my bg check is ongoing, and call back in a couple of months sigh, don't know what to say.

I don't get it how long does it take to background check someone 10 years? after you gave a residency to that person it takes you 14months to do a background check? let's say that person is criminal, it takes you 14months to realize that??? this is just bs to me

hey man I hope its different for you but I think it's not, since you're in IP, I did my test beginning of March and still IP and bg check is what's pending, they are few of us

no, he said everything is good from my side we just waiting for your background check to be completed and the funny thing is he said it should be done by July
