    Hi! From my understanding, the offer of employment and the letter of invitation must come from your employer. The company itself has to do it, and when writing the letter, they need to do it with an official seal/logo on the document. Also, flagpoling for work and study permits ended last year.

    Hi! I got this message on March 3rd 2025 and I only got my P1 email on April 8th.... So it can happen. It depends on a lot of factors like the complexity of your file, the office and agent reviewing your file, etc... Hopefully you will get all the emails and confirmation soon!

IRCC is assuming that if you sponsor your spouse to come live in Canada, they will go live with you and not in another...

    It actually depends on people. I had my Final Decision on March 3rd. I am still waiting for my P1, and I am not the only one in that situation. Some have been waiting even longer.... It depends on several factors, like your file, agent, visa office, etc.

    I can't help sorry... I called IRCC, and they said to wait... If you haven't done it yet, maybe call them to ask what is going on. Or, if you have access to the tracker, perhaps you can check at what stage your application is.

    Hello! 9 months is a long time! you should probably call them. It shouldn't take more than 6 months if you are alone on your application and if your application is complete
