Is P1 the same as "Ready For Visa" email ? (Just to clarify - I am applying from outside canada)

My tracker says that Background and eligibility are completed and I received Ready For Visa email. But, the same was not updated in my Express Entry profile. Is this common ? Also, are you applying from USA ?

Can someone help me here. I have pnp from ON which expired on 26 may and I applied for extension of my OINP. I didn’t update the express entry and I received ITA on may 31st with expired PNP points. I received an update from ON with an extension on June 4th with an extension valid till Sep...
