I wouldn't rely on anything IRCC agents say when you call them. They've been known to not answer correctly when you ask them.

I agree with most of this but I would suggest wait till July at least. Since you already have a wp, you'll be on maintained status when you apply again in July for 6 months. And if you receive PR before a final decision is made on the WP, you can get the 155$ refunded.

If it's any consolation, i just saw someone with P2 on Oct 21 receive their eCOPR, hope yours comes soon as well!
