    Hi Abshar I believe you should go ahead for OINP HCP tech draw. Just accept the OINP NOI in last 10 days/ By the time , they review your file. almost 12 months will be over.

    I am married and applied file in express entry as spouse unaccompanied. I got NOI from OINP HCP program under tech draw (471 - 480) score dated 8th Feb 2024. After getting 600 points , can i alter my acpplication as spouse will accompany ... experts advice please !!!
