Yes. It is same. If you have GC key account, you get counterfoil update there. You see eligibility completed in IRCC portal.

Do you know generally at what time we get updates for TRV application progress from IRCC ? EST or IST time? Application was applied from India. So should we expect updates in IST working time? I still have no updates after Eligibility status.
