With the new application number it’s not even in system yet I believe since it says wrong information however if using previous login information from PR tracker says technical difficulties. Some of the guys who applied end of April already received their AOR within a week and already processing n stuff. Let's hope for best, fingers crossed.

You are right I didn't pay attention to that It matches with that and i just got notified in my cic account that my pr card has been mailed to my address so that's a big relief. Good luck guys
