You have to be in Canada to take oath, even if it is virtual. According to the information on this forum, there are no exceptions.

Ecas will only be updated tomorrow morning (next business day). Try after ~8:30 EST. You can try to link in gckey, this should work already today. But in gckey it will only be "submitted" even if decision was made.

For the option of "your valid passport or travel document" (meaning also not expired), I included just the biometric page - see the note what it needs to show. (I got DM in ecas) Don't forget to include the photocopy of PR card (both sides) as you renew. This instruction may be difficult to spot.

Application received: Mar 11 AOR: Mar 31 DM in ecas: Mar 31 [updated next day, no date in ecas] We've got 3 out of 4 AOR emails, but could successfully link all 4 applications in gckey and ecas shows them all. Sent in one package.

Someone mentioned somewhere on the forum that some info should be typed exactly as the officer would put it. Not sure if it was for linking pr card application or something else... Could be capital letters etc.
