Kate,have you heard anything from IRCC regarding your H and C application? What does the GCMS notes say about the eligibility?my gcms notes say its not started yet even after almost 22 months,not sure what to do,feeling so lost and frustrated.

Apply for reconsideration,tell your lawyer to find the refusal reasons and provide counter arguments for each refusal reasons,if your application is very strong and you still got a refusal,go for Judicial review, if that does not work,reapply/submit a fresh application

Probably they ran your parents biometrics against a database(probably criminal)or something and haven't found any matched records which is good…
