I was able to register for the application tracker after 2 days of receiving the AOR. As soon as I entered the info it immediately sent the verification code to the email on the file.

This is very subjective I think. Me and my friend applied via paper application in Jan 2021 on same same day in same post office. I got AoR in 3 months but for him it took 13 months. I applied online for my wife on 11th Oct, 2022 and got AoR on 24th October (in just 13 days)!

Thank you so much! My file stayed in progress until I got an update about the fingerprints requirements in July and I think after the test was completed back in Oct, all other were marked as complete. I don't remember the exact timelines though, sorry

Today during the ceremony, we were told to write just the name of the Clerk who did my registration ( cutting up of the PR card, verification etc) in the subject line so that they can forward it to the right person.

That's a good sign. By scanned pictures of all the passports do you mean all the pages or just the first and last page of the passport.

Yes, I got the email last Wednesday.

I got AOR on 17th March and got the biometrics request on 28th July. Online, I have all the 4 areas (Background verification, Language skills, Physical presence and Prohibitions) in progress.

Even I was surprised when I got the request. I did the biometrics yesterday and the agency said that IRCC will receive it in 6 weeks.
