That was me. I got mine eventually after 86 days. The day after we got our COPR. we were sent the GCMS email.

Ours was 2 weeks (Warszawa VO) between Pre-A and PPR.

When my wife got a request for an additional PCC, she got her PPR about 3 weeks later. Have your ordered your GCMS notes? Maybe it has some information as to the delay. According to our GCMS notes, her application was basically approved, pending on the PCC clearing.
