Is difficult for a person with an accepted refugee claim to apply for and obtain a U.S visa without pr? Like what are the acceptance and refusal rates? and what are the things they take into account when refusing an application?

well yes, if you live/have a legal address in quebec, i think you have to get the csq first before applying for pr and i think it takes around a week or so to get it.

the rtd does not work like a canadian passport you will need a visa for most countries, however from what i've seen a lot of times on this forum, you don't need a visa for germany ; it's visa free with rtd

i mean my lawyer did, but when my file was transferred from mtl to toronto, it was rejected, and i got a regular hearing but then while i was at the hearing it was a short one, it lasted about 1 hour. 30 minutes was questions about if i'm the actual person who i say am and 20 minutes was...

i may be wrong but i don't think you can get canadian pr from being a protected person anymore as you have status in a safe country i.e australia, and now i think you may not be eligible for protected person status in canada anymore. my advise is you should have waited until you got pr in canada...
