To apply for spouse sponsorship you have to have a legal status in canada, without that I don’t think he is able to apply for it. But he can apply for refugee but he will need a good lawyer for that. It is a hot mess, be responsible if you want to stay in canada.

You should check your tracker account if there is any COPR. I got my COPR on tracker but there is still nothing on GC key account.

Congratulations, that was fast. My AOR was on 13 April and after that i submitted my biometrics, medical and my PCC still no work permit and nothing lmao.

Hi there, I don’t know if anyone had same situation as me, application received 3rd November 2021. Got my temporary number on 23 November. I used to check my status of my application by phone and now agents can’t find my application number. It’s really stressful.
