I don't think thats how it works. I think Scarborough does mostly tests and oaths. VCV is for usually for LPPs (probably for all these days). Only 3 Dec applicants have gotten oaths, whereas there are a lot more Jans for oaths

your LPP office is Vancouver right? Had you ever checked this over the phone with call center?

did you call the center for an update? Do you know what office completed your LPP? usually the call center folks know

You are right! We are talking batches in different context. One screen batch (visa) VS. events and ceremonies in batches (cit). This whole conversation is not making any sense to me, lol. P.S. I just hope the next "batch" of LPP's on it's way,
