Hi, how long does it take to get the GCMS note? (My AOR was on April 4th and no updates after that)

I have received my application no in an email on April, when I got my Aor.

That's the same, no message at all since March 3!

No, I didn't get any update since April; no medical request and nothing else. I think my bio is still valid, but they didn't even approve it and it says biometrics is in progress. I called them but they didn't give any answer for the reason of the loooong delay. No step has been completed yet...
