Ecopr on may 24th I got my pr card mailed on june 23. But my dependent application it still shows in progress.

For PR CARD application I can see the status "Final decision - June 22, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made" What does this mean as its just PR card processing?

I got ecopr on may 24th Today Iinked my application and the status shows submitted In PR portal I can see the address verified but photo still in review I can see the processing time as 29 days Its been already 29 days from the date of Ecopr. Any insights ?
