My LPP completed 5 months ago and I got a ghost update yesterday first movement in 2024 .. waiting to see if there is an actual update..

It is unfair and I cannot make any sense of it either. I just hope this has triggered the officer to verify and finalize my application.

Yes I replied asking for their clarification and I’ve attached screenshots from my tracker. I’m confused why would they mark as complete if they’re not done yet. So weird

I sent an email to the Mississauga office and they got back to me saying that my “background checks are currently in the verification process” what does this even mean ? All of my assessments have been completed/done since December 2023. I’m confused

I called many times and sent many emails through webform and asked for gcms notes but no updates whatsoever

I’ve tried gcms notes .. December and February.. all the same no updates. I tried calling 1000 times .. emailing Mississauga office .. and webform .. no luck

14 weeks for me .. and nothing whatsoever. I’ve tried everything and no luck. This is just frustrating

Hey guys .. quick question. This is now week 10 since my LPP completed and no update. I just received my second set of GCMS notes. No change but the location. It was Grant DF at first and now it changed to Grant. Does that ring a bell or mean anything ? Thanks

The Mississauga ceremony scheduling email got back to me after a 100 emails with this “Thank you for contacting our office. We are not able to provide you with a date or any new information at this time.” So frustrating
